Initial Opportunity

360 Property to date had focused on conversions and refurbishments. An opportunity presented itself to buy 2 sites from a midlands based developer to build on each site 6 x 3 bed houses. The main issue with the site was the amount of earth that required moving which caused significant problems. Whilst adding to initial costs the earth for phase 2 was also removed.

Problems in the planning stage

This was the first project where all of the trades, labourers, materials purchased and machines hired were organised and bought directly by us. We had to put a number of systems in place to deal with this to make sure that the project run as smoothly and efficiently as possible

Build Stage

Once the earth was moved and the foundations in the rest was all plain sailing.....compared to conversions where you constantly come across challenges once the foundations were in the build was relatively straight forward.

The outcome

We are extremely proud of the outcome and have managed to sell x houses, we have x as long term rentals and 1 as a short term let.
